Noise from the reception area can be disruptive, especially with door slamming and conversations!!! The building's exterior lacks charm, which can be off-putting while approaching the hotel!!!

We enjoyed the complimentary wine and bottled water, and Martina's help with our passports was invaluable. The charming atmosphere and the lively nearby bar added character to our stay.

We got a double room, it was bright. Nice and exceptional staff, we enjoyed them all. The hotel was in a very central location by ferry.

My favourite property in Palermo. Exceptionally clean place & really friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast with panini, fresh pastries plus sweet & savoury and magnificent location.

The suite was clean and charming, showcasing a very comfy and spacious bed that elevated my stay. Bathroom amenities featured a jacuzzi-style tub.

The supposed 'king bed' turned out to be a queen, leaving me a bit disappointed with the mix-up. Noise from the lively streets can be disruptive, especially during the weekend, while the breakfast area lacked air conditioning on particularly hot days was nice.

The venue is wonderful and comfortable, its location is exceptional, just off all the major sites, and the airport, normally a 50 minute trip-excellent service.

We appreciated the recently remodeled bathroom, with a fantastic shower. The breakfast was a good spread. I loved the local pastries and fresh coffee, a perfect way to start the day. The location could not have been better. Just a short walk to numerous restaurants and shops, it provided easy access to Palermo's attractions like the Duomo. Some noise from the lively streets occasionally intruded on our peace, especially during weekend evenings. It would be great if soundproofing could be enhanced. The service was cute and helpful, with staff making recommendations for local sights and eateries. Parking was conveniently located right next to the hotel, which eased our arrival. A few small details, like a wider selection at breakfast or earlier hours for those wanting to start their day sooner, would enhance the experience even further.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful, really enjoyed street view from our a double room. The location was unbeatable, just 5 minutes walk from an archaeological museum. And the area was central, really close to the center of town and opposite a fantastic shop selling arancini...

Excellent location near the bustling Via Maqueda, with easy access to major sights and dining options. The decor is tastefully done, and the room was beautifullysuper clean and cozy. The breakfast offered a good variety, including really good pastries, made mornings enjoyable. The breakfast hours were too late for early starters, and sound insulation could be improved to block outside noise. A charming spot overall.
